Spiny lobster (Ise
Ebi) |
Comments from the Chef |
Spiny
lobster is the special recommendation of the month. We highly recommend it. In
August, the price of a
spiny lobster lowers with the season. We prepare
the special course
menu using a spiny lobster. |

August
is the last chance to enjoy a delicious abalone.
Abalone from Sajima
fishi port is normally purple abalone. Honestly, tell you that this season has less
number of abalone.
However, the fishing area will expand beginning from this month so we
can expect to get
more. Up until last month, the fishing area was
limited but this month
will increase and the prices will drop. | |

Our abalone is caught at Sajima fish port in Miura
Peninsula. It is
tender and very tasty. Generally speaking, the black face is softer and
more delicious and the
price is a little expensive. However, those are
not separated at
Sajima fishing port because every abalone is same with delicious
taste. | |

Name of Ingredients |
Peach |
Comments from the Chef |
The last
season for peaches is just around the corner. Honestly the taste of peaches
of this season is not
as good as I expected. However, right after the
place of production
was moved to Gunma prefecture, the taste of peaches has gotten much
sweeter and taster due
to the better weather. | |
