These mushrooms, which are natural and grown in the wild, were inoculated last spring and embedded into the planter filled with soil called Kanumatsuchi during autumn. Of course the price becomes higher than typical mushrooms so I prefer someone, who really appreciates eating them. For Yanagi Matsutake, it might be the one of specialties of Kanagawa prefecture in the future.

The persimmon is produced by Watanabe orchard in Oiso. There are many types of persimmons existing in the market, but they are not discussed here.
