kind of “Spring onion” but with a different shape. The stem is
thick. In France, it is a very popular vegetable, but not in
Japan. |

strawberry season has just begun. Until March, we only offer
strawberry desserts. Starting from this month until February,
you can enjoy the sweetest onions. We user only the ones from
the Yamada farm in Tsukuihama.
