Directions:
Take the North Exit of the Kannai station and you will see the ampm shop on the corner to the right.
Walk down this street until reaching the next ampm, also on the right, and the parking lot on the left.
Make a left turn and you will see the first building on the left. There is a picture of a large cat on the exterior of building.
The Elysee is located on the 9th floor.

Transportation from Tokyo:
From Tokyo take the Tokyu Toyoko Line from Shibuya to Sakuragi-cho Station and transfer to JR Keihin Tohoku Line to Kannai Station.
From Tokyo Station take the Keihin Tohoku Line to Kannai Station.
